Kristen Maguire, LMSW

Kristen Maguire is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a dual active licensure in both Connecticut and Arizona. Kristen is a California native and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development in 2016 from Arizona State University. She went on to get her Master of Social Work at Arizona State University and graduated in 2018.

With a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy, she has also been trained in mindfulness and acceptance-based, trauma-focused, and play therapy techniques. Flexibility in her approach enables Kristen to tailor the intervention to the unique needs of the client, thus resulting in more effective treatment.

Kristen specializes in behavioral health across the lifespan. Working with clients experiencing but not limited to the following: Anxiety, depression, health anxiety, grief, bereavement, caregiving, trauma, mentoring, school issues, and general mental health issues. Her passion is to assist the individual or family in developing coping strategies that will empower them to deal effectively with the stressful events they may encounter in life.

When Kristen is not working, you can find her with her family taking care of their small farm, where they raise, goats, chickens, and potbellied pigs. She enjoys horseback riding, team sorting, gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Cassondra Dennis, LMSW

Cassondra is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a dual active license in both Connecticut and Louisiana. She received her Master’s Degree from Grambling State University in 2018 and has over 12 years of experience working in the social work field, where she worked as a supervisor as well as a mental health clinician. She has spent most of her career working in an outpatient mental health rehabilitation agency and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the individuals she provide services to. Cassondra believes that authenticity and empathy is at the center of creating safe spaces for healing, hope, and change.

Cassondra has experience working with children, young adults, adults, and families; who are coping with trauma, significant life changes, depression, chronic illnesses, anxiety, and/or women’s mental health issues. She has worked in a variety of settings with diverse clients; and has a passion for working with moms. She is well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, integrated therapy, etc.

When not working, Cassondra enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and being in nature. In addition to this, Cassondra is an avid advocate for the underprivileged and underserved, and she also promotes self-care for moms through her Graced Moms platform at gracedmoms.com where she has created a safe space for moms to navigate motherhood with confidence and prioritize mental wellness.

Caitlin O’Dea, LPCA

Caitlin O'Dea is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). In 2020, she received her Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling at Albertus Magnus College and was awarded the 'Lisa Furman Community Outreach & Engagement Award' by the Connecticut Art Therapy Association (CATA). Previous to gaining her degree, she spent several years providing behavioral, and mental, health care to children and adolescents in special education settings. More recently she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with mental health, as well as substance abuse, in clinical settings. She has also had the opportunity to work with a nonprofit organization supporting individuals and families who have a loved one who has been diagnosed with cancer. Caitlin has experience running individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Caitlin aims to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-compassion, growth, and healing. She believes in a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy and incorporates various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She encourages art making to help facilitate self expression, exploration, relaxation, and healing. Caitlin provides art therapy and/or talk therapy, depending on each individual client and their needs.

When Caitlin is not working or creating art, you can find her spending quality time with friends, family, and her dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, by the water or hiking. Caitlin loves exploring new places, food, and live music. She also likes to exercise her mind by watching/reading a good mystery series, researching psychology, or playing a fun board/card game.

Samantha Gaul, LMSW

Samantha Gaul is a Licensed Master in Social Worker. Samantha was born and raised in Connecticut. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology & Masters in Social Work at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Samantha graduated in 2022. Samantha has over six years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings. Prior to private practice she has worked as an Equine Therapist where she was able to combine her love for animals and passion for helping others to create a nurturing environment for healing.

Samantha specializes in working with children, adolescents, and individuals coping with anxiety, depression, self-regulation, school issues, interpersonal relationships, behavioral concerns, and general mental health issues. Her passion to help others achieve their goals and unlock their fullest potential is what drives her clinical work. Samantha uses a collective approach to therapy where she utilizes multiple modalities and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analyst Therapy, Social Learning Theory Interventions, etc.

When Samantha is not working she loves going trail riding with her horse Daisy, hanging out with her two cats, and growing exotic houseplants. 

Catherine Vigliotti, LMSW


Catherine is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Connecticut.  She received her Bachelors in Psychology from Capella University and went on to receive her Master’s in Social Worker (MSW) from Rutgers University. 

Catherine has a background working with a diverse population including those with special needs, individuals who experienced homelessness and those with significant behavioral concerns.  She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families coping with mental health and/or behavioral issues. She is a passionate advocate for all those she has helped in the past and those who she will help in the future. Catherine receives the greatest amount of joy from watching her clients reach their potential and improve their skills.  She uses a variety of interventions including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  

When Catherine is not working, she enjoys spending time cuddling with her two dogs and building with legos.  During the warmer months she will spend time hiking, biking, and spending time with friends and family.  Catherine loves to learn and is constantly diving into new hobbies or engaging in various classes and trainings. 

Patricia Nejmeh, LMSW

Patricia Nejmeh is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Connecticut. Patricia received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Quinnipiac University went on to study at Seton Hall University where she earned her Master’s in Social Work. 

 

Patricia has worked as a school social worker for the last two years. In addition, she has worked as an outpatient clinician providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Patricia specializes in working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. She has extensive experience working with individuals with ASD and ADHD. Patricia is a passionate clinician that believes in meeting her clients where they are at while providing individuals with the tools and skills to reach their goals. Patricia strives to create a welcoming, safe, and healing environment for all of her clients. Patricia utilizes various interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy and mindfulness. 

 

When Patricia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family or visited her extended family in New Jersey. She also enjoys exploring New England on the weekends and finding new and exciting places to visit.

Emily Docktor, LMSW

Emily Docktor is a Licensed Master of Social Work who has worked in the mental health field since 2016. Emily received a Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.

Emily has experience with all ages and a variety of mental health concerns from her time working in an Intensive Outpatient Clinic, homeless outreach program, residential group homes for the disabled, substance abuse prevention program, visitation monitor and nurturing parenting group facilitator. Emily utilizes a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing suited to each individual's needs via a strength-based approach. Emily is passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment that will help her clients achieve positive change.

When Emily is not working, you can find her with her husband and daughter. Emily enjoys reading, traveling and spending time outdoors.
