Victoria Croswell, LCSW
Victoria Croswell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Connecticut and Massachusetts and the Founder of New Hope Therapeutic Services. Originally from Boston, Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from Eastern Nazarene College in 2014 and went on to receive her Master’s in Social Work with a School Social Work Licensure from Simmons University in 2017. While at Simmons, she was honored with the Leadership Award for her commitment to excellence and compassion in the mental health field.
Victoria began her career on Nantucket Island, where she served as a school social worker and built a private practice supporting children, adolescents, and families. Her clinical foundation includes behavioral interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, caregiver coaching, trauma-informed care, and school-based support. Since relocating to Connecticut in 2020, Victoria has expanded her work to include individuals of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex mental health challenges.
With a heart rooted in empathy and a deep belief in the healing power of connection, Victoria founded New Hope Therapeutic Services to create a supportive and collaborative space for both clients and clinicians. Her vision is driven by the desire to offer high-quality, affirming care while also cultivating a work environment where clinicians feel valued, empowered, and seen. Her leadership is marked by kindness, integrity, and a genuine investment in the wellbeing of her team.
Victoria’s greatest passion is helping people find a renewed sense of hope for themselves, their families, and their futures. That same care and compassion extends to the clinicians she leads, who often describe her as the heart of New Hope.
When she’s not working, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, her two babies, and her beloved animals. She has a deep love for animals and finds joy in hiking, singing, theater, and staying active.
