Olivia Rinaldi, LMSW

Olivia Rinaldi is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from Sacred Heart University. With a strong foundation in health sciences from Quinnipiac University and a minor in psychology, Olivia brings a multidisciplinary approach to supporting individuals and families across various settings.

Olivia specializes in working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, including those with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities. Through her internships in elementary and middle schools, she has provided targeted individual and group counseling, behavioral interventions, and classroom-based support. She collaborates closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, student-centered plans that promote both academic and emotional success. Olivia is a strong advocate for children in IEP and 504 meetings and has a deep understanding of the supports needed for neurodiverse learners to thrive.

In addition to her school-based experience, Olivia has worked in a pediatric medical setting since 2021, where she developed skills in patient care, advocacy, and health education. Her background in both medical pediatrics and mental health allows her to offer a holistic, integrative approach to care—supporting the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of the whole child.

Olivia is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma. She brings a wide range of skills, including social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, special education support, and community outreach. Olivia is known for her empathy, strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative spirit.

When Olivia is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and spending time outside.
