Audrey Addison, LMSW

Audrey Addison is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a dynamic background in behavioral support, school-based intervention, and community mental health to her work with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Lehman College, with a focus on early childhood development and social-emotional learning strategies.

Audrey has extensive experience supporting individuals through behavioral coaching, family engagement, and restorative practices. She is well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), integrating evidence-based strategies to help clients build emotional regulation, develop coping skills, and improve daily functioning. Audrey is also bilingual in Twi and values culturally responsive interventions that honor her clients’ identities and lived experiences.

She specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma recovery, and family dynamics. Audrey also has extensive experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and is deeply committed to a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Her comfort and experience working with neurodivergent clients allow her to create a safe, individualized, and strengths-based space for healing and growth.

Outside of work, you can find Audrey spending time with her family or at the gym. She enjoys watching movies, traveling, and playing volleyball.
