Patricia Nejmeh, LMSW

Patricia Nejmeh is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Connecticut. Patricia received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Quinnipiac University went on to study at Seton Hall University where she earned her Master’s in Social Work. 

 

Patricia has worked as a school social worker for the last two years. In addition, she has worked as an outpatient clinician providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Patricia specializes in working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. She has extensive experience working with individuals with ASD and ADHD. Patricia is a passionate clinician that believes in meeting her clients where they are at while providing individuals with the tools and skills to reach their goals. Patricia strives to create a welcoming, safe, and healing environment for all of her clients. Patricia utilizes various interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy and mindfulness. 

 

When Patricia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family or visited her extended family in New Jersey. She also enjoys exploring New England on the weekends and finding new and exciting places to visit.
